This 2/2 villa is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so it is very quiet and private. There are three pools to choose from. The quickest is a short walk from the villa. The clubhouse is also at this pool and it includes two pool tables, a library, and a large room for parties or just to watch the large screen TV with your group.
The villa has been recently remodeled and includes a kitchen with granite counter-tops, nice cabinets, travertine tile, and new appliances. The carpeted master bedroom includes a comfortable king size pillow-top bed and a walk-in shower in the master bath. The second bedroom has a full size bed.
